1. Vendor Partnership

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a retreat provider ("Vendor") on the Finding Retreats platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to these additional terms beyond our general Terms of Service.

2. Listing Requirements

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your retreats
• Include clear pricing, availability, and cancellation policies
• Upload high-quality photos that accurately represent your retreat
• Maintain current certifications and licenses as required by law
• Respond to inquiries and booking requests in a timely manner

3. Quality Standards

All retreat providers must maintain high standards of service:

• Deliver retreats as described in your listings
• Maintain safe and clean facilities
• Provide qualified and certified instructors
• Honor all bookings and commitments made through the platform
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

4. Commission and Fees

Commission structure:

• Commission is deducted before payout to vendor

• Commission rates may be updated with 30 days notice

5. Payment Terms

You retain ownership of your content but grant us license to:

• Display your retreat listings on our platform
• Use your content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Modify formatting for display optimization
• Include your listings in search results and recommendations

7. Liability and Insurance

Vendor responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive general liability insurance
• Carry professional liability insurance for instruction services
• Ensure all activities comply with local laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Implement appropriate safety measures and procedures

8. Reviews and Ratings

Our review system:

• Attendees may leave reviews and ratings after retreats
• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or false reviews
• Vendors may respond to reviews professionally
• Consistently poor ratings may result in account review

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for breach of terms
• For consistently poor performance or reviews
• For violation of platform policies
• Upon termination, all pending bookings must be honored
